(2) Submitting Applications Eligible applicant entities can submit applications to the provincial competent departments of industry and information technology in their localities, fill in the "Application Form for Biomanufacturing Pilot - scale Testing Capability Building Platforms" (Annex 2), and attach relevant supporting materials. Each platform can specify one or more main service fields according to its own conditions and service capabilities. (3) Material Recommendation Provincial competent departments of industry and information technology shall verify the authenticity, validity and completeness of the application materials, put forward recommendation opinions and affix official seals, and send the paper materials such as the report documents and application forms to No. 13, West Chang'an Street, Xicheng District, Beijing by July 11, 2025, and send the electronic materials to the email address spc@miit.gov.cn at the same time.
