As per the agreement, Yinzhi Instruments will utilize Green Van's localized service network to supply Russian research institutions, biopharmaceutical companies, and testing laboratories with pre-owned instruments that have undergone 72 specialized inspections. Core equipment, including Agilent High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) systems and Thermo Fisher high-resolution mass spectrometers, will be offered at 30%-50% of the price of new machines while meeting performance standards, thereby helping Russian scientific entities reduce costs and improve efficiency.
On the technical services front, Yinzhi Instruments will export its mature equipment maintenance system. The companies will jointly establish a bilingual (Chinese-Russian) technical service team, pooling resources from 14 in-house senior engineers and over 50 partner engineers. This team will provide rapid response services for equipment such as LC-MS and GC-MS, committing to a 3-hour response time for warranty claims and offering replacement machines if issues remain unresolved after 7 business days, directly addressing the industry pain points of "difficult and lengthy repairs" for imported equipment in the Russian market. The partners also plan to jointly establish a cross-border laboratory service demonstration center in Moscow to conduct technical training and equipment certification services.
