Operating Guide for Starting Up and Shutting Down the Genius XE Series Nitrogen Generator During the National Day Holiday

Shutdown Procedure:

Confirm that the equipment connected to the nitrogen generator has stopped consuming nitrogen.

Turn off the nitrogen generator by switching off the main power switch located on its rear panel. The pressure gauge on the rear will gradually return to zero. The shutdown is now complete.

It is recommended to simultaneously empty the container used for storing waste water/liquid.

Startup Procedure:

Ensure the power supply to the nitrogen generator is normal: 220V, 50Hz.

Confirm that the drain pipe of the nitrogen generator is properly connected.

Note: During drainage, a small amount of gas may be discharged. The container connected to the drain pipe must not be sealed and should have sufficient weight to remain stable. Alternatively, the drain pipe can be connected directly to a floor drain. The container for waste water/liquid should be emptied regularly.

Verify that the nitrogen supply line from the generator is properly connected to the user equipment and that there are no gas leaks.

Turn on the nitrogen generator using the main power switch on the rear panel. The generator will enter a self-test cycle.

If the self-test fails, please contact Peak.

Upon successful self-test completion, the pressure displayed on the generator's screen will indicate 100 psi.

It is recommended to start the generator first. Allow it to run for approximately 30 minutes before use, as the nitrogen gas requires this time to reach the specified purity level.

The startup process is now complete. The nitrogen generator is ready for normal operation and gas supply.

Important Notes:

The generator should be placed in a clean indoor environment with a temperature below 25°C and relative humidity below 60%.

(During colder winters, ensure the ambient temperature does not fall below 10°C to prevent the drain line from freezing).

When positioning the generator, ensure sufficient clearance is maintained at the rear to allow for proper heat dissipation.

During operation, if any error messages appear on the generator's display, please contact us promptly.

The standard gas supply pressure is 100 psi. If the output pressure decreases, please contact us immediately.
