The all-new FLIR VS80 High-Performance Video Borescope is now launched, designed to deliver efficient and precise solutions for industrial inspection, equipment maintenance, automotive repair, and related fields.

The device supports 720p high-definition still image and video capture. Coupled with a large touchscreen and HDMI output, it ensures clear visuals with detailed resolution and facilitates multi-user collaborative viewing.

The VS80 offers a variety of probes to meet complex inspection needs. These include high-definition probes in different lengths, an infrared probe for temperature measurement, a 30-meter pipeline inspection probe with sonar positioning, and an articulating visible-light probe with flexible steering capability—enabling access into confined spaces without disassembly.

In terms of smart features, the VS80 allows real-time comparison between live footage and historical images for early detection of potential faults. Users can add voice or text annotations to enhance reporting efficiency. Through wireless app connectivity, it enables remote viewing and file sharing, promoting team collaboration. Additionally, the device is built to be rugged, featuring drop resistance, dustproof and waterproof properties, with probes rated IP67 for water resistance. Its battery provides up to 8 hours of operation, making it suitable for harsh environments and prolonged use.
